WE UTILISE VARIOUS METHODS OF DESPATCH - DPD & ROYAL MAIL. COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE SENT ROYAL MAIL 1ST AND 2ND CLASS UNLESS YOU HAVE UPGRADED DURING CHECKOUT.
HOW WE WORK:
We want the coffee to arrive with you as fresh as possible. With that in mind, we process our orders every morning at 9am and make up our daily roast schedule accordingly.
A BIG O COFFEE LEAD TIME:
All orders placed before 11am will be despatched the very same day. Orders received later than this will be despatched on the next working day.
Working days are Monday - Friday, if you order after 11am on Friday then it will be processed the following Monday.
POSTAL COMPANY LEAD TIMES:
Royal Mail 1st Class next day service up to 250g
Royal Mail 2nd Class 2 to 3 day service up to 1.5kg
DPD - Next Working day (Mon to Fri only) All orders over 1.5kg will be dispatched next day with DPD. Items will be posted to the address received during the checkout process.
